Just like the name of this art, 4 Rectangles and 1 Sphere was created with just using four rectangles and a rotating sphere in the background. Although the four rectangles share the same origin, their angles are different which allows them to overlap one another and still be seen. Using push and pop, rotate, and frame count, I was able to produce a spinning wheel that creates certain shapes as it spins and zooms in and out. At some point, the shape formed within the spinning wheel will form a star, circle, and square and will continue to change shape as time goes on. I was inspired to create this type of project because I wanted an intriguing visual for the audience and I feel like these rotating rectangles and sphere background completes this goal of mine.
